Hello! In front of me I have Polar Ignite and I'm gonna show you how to access the settings

on this device. First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by pressing

the back button. After you wake up the screen on your watch you can press the back button

again to open the menu and once you open the menu swipe up or down on the screen to scroll

through this menu and find the settings icon. Looks like this. And to access the settings
