Hi, in front of me I have Fitbit Lux and I'm gonna show you how to measure the heart rate

on this device. Before we start a quick disclaimer, if you want to get the most accurate results of your

heart measurement, make sure that your band is on your wrist, it's secured tightly so

it won't move around and while you're measuring your heart rate try to keep still, don't move

around too much to get the most accurate results. I'm just gonna put my finger right here on the sensor, on the back of the device, but

my results might be not too accurate because of that. Okay, now let's continue

So we need to wake up the screen on our watch first. To do it simply tap twice on the screen

Once you wake up the screen, swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen

Now keep swiping until you find the option called heart rate. Here we have it

And to start measuring the heart rate I'm gonna just put the finger on the sensor

It should basically start measuring the heart rate in real time. So once you have, if you have the band on your wrist rather, it's gonna be showing you

the current heart rate. For some reason it doesn't change. Let's wait for a couple of seconds

Oh, now it's changing as you can see. And once this number stabilizes it should show you, it should be your heart rate, current
