Welcome! And following me is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, and today I will show you how you can hard
0:07
reset this device through settings. So to get started you want to open up your settings
0:16
scroll all the way down to General Management, and then again all the way down where you will find
0:24
Reset option. In here you'll have a couple different things. So we have Temporary Cloud
0:31
Backup, we have External Storage Backup, so if you have something like for instance this
0:37
you could back it up to an SD card, plug that in to here, or you can I think insert a SD card into
0:42
this device anyway. We also... the temporary one for some reason is being only held up to 30 days
0:51
that's just stupid, but whatever. And yeah, so anyway, if you want to backup anything that is
0:58
on your device, any kind of data, photos, music, videos, documents, stuff like that, applications
1:03
you can do so before you begin. And once you have backed it up, from there we're going to select
1:09
Factory Data Reset. This will again let us know that this process will remove everything that
1:14
is listed right here. From there we're going to scroll down and select Reset. If you have a screen
1:20
lock, you will need to confirm it here. And in addition, if you have a Samsung account signed in
1:28
on this device, confirming the screen lock does absolutely squat all, so it's kind of redundant
1:33
that it shows up, because you still need to now confirm the Samsung account's password to reset
1:40
the device, making that pattern be absolutely infuriating. Now I don't have, at least I don't
1:45
think I have a Samsung account signed in on here, so I can just select Delete All, and it will
1:50
automatically jump to doing so. But in your case, if like I mentioned, you have the account, it will
1:56
now tell you that you need to sign out of it. So it's going to shut down now, and factory reset the
2:03
device. Once it's finished, we'll then be presented with the Android setup screen. So I'll leave that
2:08
once that is visible on my device. And as you can see, the process is now finished, and you can set
2:24
up your device however you like. So if you found this very helpful, don't forget to hit Like
2:28
subscribe, and thanks for watching
