device through recovery mode. So this process should remove a screen lock if you have one that you just don't know

And if I lock my device you can see that I do have a pattern set right here, and I do

know it but I'll progress from the lock screen as though I don't

So to get started we will want to hold our power key, and from there select power off

once it's visible. And when the device turns off you want to hold power key and volume up, so volume up

I'm going to let go of the power key once I see the Honor logo, and once this disappears

I should be any moment there we go we can let go of volume up as well

As you can see this will boot us into recovery mode. So from here simply press on the clear data, factory reset, and as you can see it gives

From there we can select back, restart, and now the device is rebooting it is also continuing
