Welcome! In front of me I have Amazfit T-Rex 2 and I'm gonna show you how to enable the phone notifications for this watch on the iPhone
0:09
Basically, if you want to receive the notifications from your iPhone on this watch
0:17
Before we start, if you want to receive the notifications from your iPhone on the watch, your watch needs to be paired with an iPhone via the ZAP application
0:26
Once the devices are paired together, we can continue and now we need to check if the required permissions are allowed for the ZAP application to send the notifications to our watch
0:37
So, let's open the settings on our iPhone. In settings, let's scroll down to the list of applications and on this list find the ZAP application
0:55
Once you find the ZAP application, tap on it and here make sure that the Bluetooth option is enabled. Also, enable the allow notifications just in case
1:06
Now, let's go back to settings, scroll all the way up, tap on the Bluetooth option
1:13
Here you should see the list of my devices. Basically, devices connected to your iPhone and on it you should see the Amazfit T-Rex 2
1:21
Tap on the info icon next to it and here make sure that the share system notifications option is enabled
1:28
Once it's enabled, you can close the settings and open the ZAP application on your iPhone
1:38
In the application, you should see the homepage. Now, tap on the profile, select the Amazfit T-Rex 2 from the list of devices
1:47
and on this page tap on the option called notification and reminder
1:54
And here we can customize the notifications for our watch. First option we have is incoming call. If you tap on it, you can enable or disable the notifications for the calls
2:06
So, if you tap on the switch right here to enable it, you will be able to receive the notifications about calls on your watch
2:14
And you can also enable or disable the option to show the contact information and you can also enable the option to delay the alerts
2:24
So, basically, if somebody calls you on your iPhone, you can set the delay so the watch alerts you about it after a certain period of time
2:34
And you can tap on set delay to select the duration, basically
2:40
Okay. Once you're done with incoming calls, we can go back and tap on app alerts
2:47
Here we can enable the alerts for the applications. And you have the list of applications we can enable the alerts for, as you can see
2:56
And you can do it by tapping on the switch next to the app to enable or disable the notifications for it
3:02
Like this. Oh, my bad. Let's go to the app. Usually, you should have the option called other here
3:14
Because you can enable or disable the notifications for each app on this list
3:20
But if you don't see the application you want to enable the notifications for on this list, there was an option called other here
3:30
When I was doing it last time, it was quite some time ago
3:34
But at this point I don't see it for some reason, so I don't know why
3:38
But there should be an option called other. And if you see it on your phone, enable it if you want to enable the notifications for the apps that are not on this list right here
3:49
But if you have the app on the list, you can simply tap on the switch next to it to enable the notifications for it
3:55
And you should be able to receive the notifications from this app on your watch
3:59
Basically, that's how it works. Next, we have the incoming SMS. And here we can enable the notifications for the messages by tapping on the switch
4:09
And the last one is incoming email. And we can enable the notifications for the email
4:15
And once you're done customizing the notifications, you should be able to receive them
4:19
And you can close the application. Okay, and that's how you enable the phone notifications for this watch on the iPhone
4:28
