Hi everyone, in front of me I've got a Vivo T1 Pro and let me share with you how to check the total screen time on this device

So first of all we have to enter the settings and then let's..

In the general settings of course we have to scroll down and find Digital Wellbeing and Parallel Controls

And as you can see we've been transferred to this graph which will show us for how long I've been using this device today

for over half an hour. We've got also divided it between the apps which I was using, so the settings, phone, camera etc

We've got also the unlocks and the notifications count and basically if you want to learn more, if you want to check some further details basically about that

we have to tap inside the graph, this is the first way and as you can see we've got this dashboard which will show us for how long we've been using the device

in particular days. We've got also the apps we've been using listed here. We can change the screen time to the notifications received and times opened

or we can tap directly on the apps, so the settings, phone, camera or something like that. Just tap on it and here you've got the graph which is tightly connected with this app

So this is how to check the total screen time and just a quick disclaimer about the ways to disconnect because I really think that those modes can be useful

whenever you need the time for yourself, you just want to rest, you don't want to be disturbed with some notifications, you can set the bedtime mode or the focus mode

So for example this one, you can select some distracting apps, so those from which you're receiving most notifications for example, some social media etc

You can mark them and then you can set a schedule, you can pick particular days and the hours in which your device will limit the notifications from those apps which may be really really useful
