time format on this device. First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by

pressing the crown button or by tapping on the screen. Once you wake up the screen you can swipe

down from the top of the screen to open the quick panel and on this panel you should see the settings

icon. Now tap on the settings icon to enter the settings. In settings scroll down find the option

called the system and tap on it and here scroll down find the option called the date and time

and select it. Now scroll down find the option called use 24-hour format and to change the

time format you can tap on the switch to flick it on or flick it off. So if you want to have
