The first one is using directly your contact list and the second is using let's say the

settings and of course I'll show you both. So let's begin with opening the dialer, going to the contacts

Now let's find the contact we'd like to block and tap on it so let me pick that

Let's tap and tap on this info icon right here. Now we have to tap on this three dots icon in the right lower corner and simply tap on

block contact. Your device will ask you if you really want to do it so just tap on block and as you can

see here we've got this characteristic icon which means that for sure we just blocked

this number so we won't receive any incoming calls or text messages from it

Of course if you want you can unblock it the same way just by tapping on the three dots icon but let me leave it like this, we will check if it will actually appear on the blacklist

So right now it doesn't really matter if you will be on the contact services or the keypad

All you have to do is to simply tap on this three dots icon so we've got this second way

to block a number and now let's simply tap on the settings and as you can see block numbers

are at the very top so let's enter. Here we've got our full blacklist and this is the number we just blocked from our contact

so everything went fine. What's more here you can also enter the contacts but this option is quite different so after

entering the contacts here you will be able to mark a lot of contacts so you won't have

Also you can block them from the recents so that you will be able to block the number
