Welcome. In front of me I have the brand new iPhone 14 and today I will show you how you can apply the camera protector to your phone
0:13
As you can see, this is the one that I have right over here from some weird company that I have never heard of
0:20
So yeah, let's see what we get in here. We get our protector, we get our wet and dry wipe which I can already tell you
0:30
If you have a microfiber cloth, throw these out, they are absolutely horrendous. And just to kind of showcase what I mean by that is I did unpack one just a moment ago. Where did I drop it
0:44
Oh come on. It's so small that I can't find it. There is a joke to be made but I'm going to restrain myself from that
0:55
Yeah, I can't find it so I'm just going to open it up just so I can showcase this
1:00
Ridiculousness. So here is the wet wipe and the dry wipe is the same size
1:06
There you go. This is the wipe that you get and they're so small that I don't even want to use them
1:15
Now what I will be using is a microfiber cloth which if you have one, then great, utilize that
1:22
If you don't, I guess you will have to use the little wipes that get provided with
1:27
So now, let's move over to the cameras and they don't protrude as much as they do on for instance like the Pro or Pro Max
1:34
So it's a little bit easier to clean them. Also, it's a little bit harder to see if there's any kind of dust on the little like milky glass right here
1:47
But it looks fine. So just make sure that the lenses themselves are really clean
1:52
That's primarily what you care about. From there, let's grab our little protector
1:58
Now for me, as you can see, there is two holes. Or technically it's not a hole, right
2:03
See? But you have two cutouts from the other side and this circle
2:09
Now the circle is specifically for the flash. So you would align it like this
2:15
In different cases, if you have like the Pro Max or whatever other one, I'll have three cameras and I just, I think on the previous one that I did
2:23
the Pro, it would go this way. So you can see it's a different kind of angle than it is here
2:30
But yeah, so that's how it's going to be applied. And again, I'm going to make sure there is no dust
2:38
Take this off. And there. And now simply place it on the bezels right here
2:51
Oops. As you can see, it dropped not necessarily correctly, so fix it up
3:01
There we go. Make sure that you place it so it, the camera bumps go into these protrusions specifically designed for it
3:11
So you can just see that. There we go. It should go fully on there
3:18
So the cameras should, as you can see, be inside of this plastic that we just applied
3:24
Now, if you can't get it by the first time, just lift it up and try to like wiggle it around and it should just fall in place
3:33
The glue might be stopping you a little bit from it, but once you get it, at least one of the cameras, the second one should be a little bit easier
3:41
From there, firmly press it down just so the glue spreads around
3:46
And that's basically it. As you can see, it's now applied and that's it
3:50
