Welcome, I'm Filomena Zida, GS50 and today I'll show you how to enable and also set up
0:13
the Do Not Disturb mode. So to get started, let's pull down the notification panel and here you'll have the button for
0:21
Do Not Disturb mode. So you can tap on it and once you do it will give you a couple options right here
0:27
So number 1, the period that you want to enable it for, so you have start by until 1.10
0:33
so that's basically a 1 hour, but you can keep on adding more as you can see
0:38
It shows you here for 4 hours, 3, 2, 1 hour or you can check it to until you turn it off
0:46
And then you also have a couple options up here, so you can go to alarms only, priority
0:53
only, which I think this would probably be the better one, or you have total silence
0:58
which will just not basically disturb you with anything. And when you go with priority only, it also gives you the option to customize it, so you
1:05
can tap on here and here you have a couple options to it
1:11
So again, reminders, events, alarms is enabled by default and you cannot change that as you
1:16
can see, but reminders and events you can. Then you have also messages, so you can choose from who you can get messages while do not
1:23
disturb mode is enabled. Also calls has the same options and then you have repeat caller, so if someone calls you
1:29
twice within 15 minute period, the second time they will be able to reach you no matter
1:34
what the setting right here is. So set it up to however you want it and then you're basically done with this setup and
1:43
you can also, instead of just enabling like this, you can hold it and it will take you
1:49
back to the settings where we were, but from here we can do automatic rule
1:55
So we can for instance add a rule and let's add a time rule, name it whatever you want
2:01
and from here you can set the days in which you want it to be enabled in, then the time
2:07
it starts and ends and then the do not disturb mode, so priority, alarm or total silence
2:13
and alarms can override and this is a handy thing if you for instance want to enable an
2:20
alarm for some kind of, some reason, so this will then override the do not disturb mode
2:31
So once you set it all up it will be then automatically enabled as you can see and it
2:37
will automatically turn on and off at the set times that you have chosen
2:42
So if you found this very helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
