In front of me is a Nokia T20 and today I'll show you how you can hard reset the device

through settings. So obviously to get started you want to open up your settings application

From here scroll all the way down to System, tap on Advanced and select Reset Options where

you will find Delete All Data, Factory Reset. Click on this, this will bring up a window where it will let you know what it removes

So we have things like Google Accounts which you shouldn't really worry about. It doesn't actually delete your account, it just removes it from the device

I'll have System and App Data which you can obviously get back once you get the apps

I downloaded apps which you can download through Play Store. But things that actually matter here are things like music, photos and user data

That is because for some people, like me as an example, I keep my music locally, I don't

stream it so if I get rid of my music I kind of just lose it all

Same goes for photos and user data. So if you want to keep some of those things you might want to first create a backup copy

of it on your computer and then progress with this. Now assuming you have already done so or you just simply don't want to, you can tap on

Delete All Data, do that again and this will now begin the process which will take a couple

minutes so just be patient and once it's finished we should then be greeted with the Android
