Welcome, in front of me is an LG K50 and today I will show you how to perform a hard reset

on the device in order to get rid of the screen lock. So I will lock the device and you will see that this device has a screen lock right here

and we'll basically continue from here as though it's locked. So to begin you want to hold the power key and volume down

Let me just slide it back up. You'll get a message after the screenshot, keep holding it so you'll get this 2 1 0

Keep holding it, you should see a logo, let go of the power key and hold it again and

then you should be in a factory data reset mode right here and from here you want to

use volume keys to navigate and power key to confirm so let's select yes using the volume

keys and confirm it with power and once more select yes and confirm it with power

And now the process will begin and it might take several minutes so just be patient

Once it's finished we should be done greeted with the Android setup screen. So I'll be back once that is visible

And as you can see now the process is finished so you can go through the setup process of

the device as you would normally do. You can set it up as however you like and once you're done there will be no more screen
