Hello! In front of me I have Xiaomi Smartband 8 and I'm gonna show you how

to track the amount of the burnt calories on this Smartband. So if you want to track or check how many calories you burnt during the week

or the day first you will need to wake up the screen on your Smartband and you

can do it by tapping on it. Once you wake up the screen you should see the current

watch face, the home screen and you can swipe up on the screen to open the menu

And after you open the menu you can tap on the stats icon. Oh my bad. Let's tap on

stats to open the statistics menu and here we have the amounts of the calories

burnt at the top, the first number. You can also scroll down to see more detail
