hard reset of the device through the settings. So to get started you want to open up settings up

and then go all the way down and you should find additional settings right here

and again go down and at the bottom you'll find backup and reset. So just tap on it and then

erase all data, factory reset again at the bottom, get a warning message, all files on

the phone will be basically removed and just want to tap on it. Again you get a little attention
