recovery mode. Now this process will remove a screen lock if you have one that you don't know

And I did set up one right here as you will see, there we go, a pattern and I'll progress

from the lock screen as though I don't know it. So number one, we will want to turn off our device

And once the device turns off, you simply want to hold power key and volume up at the

Once you see the logo on the screen, you can let go of the keys and simply wait for the

recovery mode to show up on the screen. And there we go

So once you see this, you will want to use volume keys to navigate through these options

in order to select wipe data. As you can see, that's touchscreen does not work

So volume down, go down, park, confirm that. And want to select wipe all data

And confirm. As you can see, it will give you this message, data wipe successful

And you can simply press power key to go back, then reboot and reboot to system
