Welcome, I'm from Amuse.js50 and today I'll show you how to hard reset a device

through the factory mode. So to get started let's hold the power key and

power off the device. Just press on the power off and confirm it. And from here

once the device is off all you need to do is hold power key and a volume down

both of those keys at the same time. And when you see the Doji logo you can let go. And we're now in the factory

mode. So what you want to do is using volume keys to navigate you want to

select clear MMC which is the only thing that you can actually see here

It's the one where you can actually read the EMMC. So let's select that. There we

go. Actually you can, I just realized there's also an English factory which

will change it, that simplifies things. So again you can only use volume down to

navigate and you want to select clear MMC and then press a volume, not volume

but power key. So power key, I want to select it to confirm it. And the process

will begin removing all the data from the device. So this will take probably a

couple minutes but once it's finished we should be greeted with the Android setup
