Welcome, I'm Fenomizy Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus and today I'll show you how we can
0:13
put this device into safe mode. So to get started let's pull down our notification
0:18
panel and expand it which will show us our little power button right here. Click
0:24
on it and once you see your options right here you want to hold power off
0:29
This in turn as you can see changes into safe mode. So quickly reading what is
0:35
here. Safe mode. Tap again to restart your phone in safe mode. Downloaded apps
0:39
will be temporarily disabled to help you troubleshoot your phone. Let's confirm it
0:43
by tapping on it once again and this will initiate obviously the reboot like
0:47
message stated. And while it's rebooting I'm gonna quickly go into this. So safe
0:52
mode is used to troubleshoot your device and what that means is if you have some
0:56
kind of problem with an app and if your phone is basically showing some kind of
1:00
signs of malfunctioning there are two options either the phone itself is
1:07
breaking down on the hardware level or on a software level. If it's on a software level that means that you might have installed or some kind of you have
1:15
installed some kind of malicious app or something has installed itself on it
1:20
right. And with that in mind booting your device into safe mode will completely
1:26
disable whatever has has installed itself and is running in the background
1:31
causing you those problems. So as you can see once you turn on your device in safe
1:34
mode even the widgets aren't working in here. They're just like this white boxes
1:38
The widgets cannot start so it will stay like this. Additionally any kind of
1:44
application that Samsung I guess deemed safe mode not worthy like luckily
1:51
Facebook it will be basically terminated. So these are only the pre-installed applications and even in those Samsung decided that things like
2:00
tips and for instance Facebook aren't going to be running in this mode. Now
2:05
additionally any kind of application that you have installed yourself will just flat-out also not work. And the way I can quickly tell you which app works
2:14
and which one does not is as you can see Facebook icon usually as you probably
2:19
are aware is blue right. But you can see that it is just monochrome right here
2:23
Same goes for tips and if you try to open it up it just gives you this message downloaded apps disabled in safe mode. So there we go that's basically
2:31
all you get to have in safe mode. Now once you're done with this mode you can
2:37
leave it by again pulling down your notifications and instead of holding
2:42
something you're just gonna tap on restart. This will reboot the device and take you back to normal mode. So that being said if you found this very
2:50
helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
