Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Opera No7 and let me share with you how to enable
0:14
Google Backup on this device. So first of all let's enter the settings and here we have to scroll down to the very bottom
0:20
to find system settings. Now let's scroll down again in order to find backup and reset option and as you can see
0:27
right here we've got whole Google Backup section. So here we have to tap on backup accounts, make sure that you've got the internet connection
0:33
because it is required for this operation and from this step we can either create a
0:38
new account if you do not have your own yet or simply type your email or phone
0:41
So let me do it and you do not have to enter the full email address, just the very first
0:47
part of it before the add symbol because after tapping on next your device will simply auto
0:51
fill it. Right now we have to enter the password so let me do this out of the screen
1:00
Alright, let's tap on next. And here we have to decide who will be using this device so I will stick with the first option
1:11
Here we've got Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy so of course you can read it
1:15
just tap on it and here you've got all the info you need
1:19
Let's tap on I agree after reading. Here we've got the shortcut of backup and storage info so just tap on accept because
1:26
right here we've got more details. So here we can check that we are able to use 15 gigabytes of Google account to storage
1:32
and backup apps and apps data, call history, contacts, device settings and text messages
1:37
You can of course tap on more details to learn more. Here your device is telling you that it will backup the data automatically, will store
1:44
it securely and you will be able to manage your backup easily
1:49
So if for some reason you do not want to backup the data right now, just tap on not
1:53
now and after deciding that you want to enable it, just go back to this backup and reset
1:59
option and tap on backup account again. And as you can see you will be transferred directly to this step so you do not have to
2:05
go through the whole operation of adding the account to this device
2:10
So that's quite cool. So simply tap on turn on and basically that's all, we just enabled the Google backup
2:17
What's more here you've got the option automatic restore, it is defaultly turned on, you can
2:22
turn it off just by tapping on the switcher and it simply means that your device will
2:26
restore backed up settings when you will reinstall an app so that's quite cool also
2:32
So actually this is it, this is how to enable Google backup in your OPPO Reno7
