Welcome, I'm Francis, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and today I'll show you how to record your
0:13
screen on this device. And to get started, let's pull down the notification panel and then find the toggle which for me
0:19
is located right on the second page. So you're basically looking for the square with the camera in it
0:27
And before you tap on it, let's hold it. This will bring up the settings for it
0:32
And from here we can choose the sound. So we can have either no sound, media sound or media sound and microphone
0:39
So choose whichever one suits you. Now I'll mention that if you go for media and mic, I do advise you to use some kind
0:46
of headphones. Otherwise, the phone will be picking up the sound that it makes through a microphone and
0:52
this will create kind of like an echo where basically the same sound is being played twice
0:57
But that isn't very desirable. So using headphones will completely remove that problem
1:05
And then you have the video quality. I'll keep it at 1080p
1:09
If you're struggling for space, you can drop it to 720p, although it will look a little
1:16
bit more pixelated and not too good. The bigger the display you will use though, the worse this will look
1:24
And then at the bottom we also have the selfie camera. So you can select the size of it right here
1:31
You can make it bigger or smaller and just leave it. And once you set all the three options that we have, just leave it, go back to the notification
1:40
panel and tap on the toggle. Now before we can start recording, we'll need to allow Samsung to actually access these things
1:47
So we need Samsung to be able to access camera, microphones and probably storage too, unless
1:54
it's already been done. And it pops up again with the question, what sounds do you want to record
2:00
So I'm just going to keep it as it is and then start recording. It gives you a countdown and there we go
2:06
So it's right now recording and whatever I'll do will be now recorded
2:12
And from here we have also this little image right here, which will bring up me
2:17
And you can move it around if you want to. Disable it
2:22
And you can also tap on a pencil and start actually drawing on the display if you want to
2:27
So now once you're done, I can either pause it right here
2:32
So this will pause the recording. Right now it's at 25 and as you can see it's not moving
2:36
So I could, for instance, open some kind of app. If I get rid of, there we go, this
2:45
And then resume the recording from here. So now I'm going to stop it
2:51
And now once you stop it, the recording gets saved to your gallery. So let me quickly find it
2:55
There we go. And open it up. So as you can see, it's right over here
3:00
And I'm also going to mute it. There we go. Tap on it, allow
3:07
And there we go. That's the recording. It's right now playing. So you can see whatever I was doing was basically being recorded
3:25
And now I believe there is going to be a pause. And there we go. It resumes automatically in the app
3:31
So that is how you record your screen. And if you found this video helpful, don't forget to hit like, subscribe, and thanks
