So first of all let's open your contact list and basically a quick disclaimer

I've got two different ways for you to block a number. The first one requires your contacts and the second is let's say using the settings

Of course I'll show you both and as you can see we'll begin with the contacts. So let's find the contact you'd like to block and tap on it

And now let's tap on the three dots icon in the right upper corner. Now let's tap on block number and as you can see your device will ask you if you really want to do it

because you will no longer receive any incoming calls or text messages from this number

So I don't want to report it as a spam so let me untick this option and simply tap on block

And as you can see from now on you can see this characteristic icon so this number is blocked

Of course you can unblock it the same way just by tapping on this three dots icon and tap on unblocked numbers

So now let's go back and here it doesn't really matter. In the second way it doesn't really matter if we will be on the contacts, recents or favorites
