Here I have HTC Ultra and let me show you how to enter the download mode on the following device

So at the very beginning let's start by switching off the device. Let's hold down the power key, choose power off and wait until your device will be completely

switched off. Afterwards, let's use the following combination of keys, power key and volume down

So let's hold down together these two keys for a few seconds. Keep holding both keys, release all keys as soon as HTC logo pops up in front of you

As you can see the HTC download mode just pops up. And let's scroll down to choose one of the following features

You can navigate here by using both volume keys and as you can see you can select the

system info, you can select show barcode, you can reboot to bootloader, reboot to download

or simply reboot or power down your device. So let me reboot my device

You can choose all these features by using a power key. Let me do it

And the device is restarting and rebooting. So let's just wait a few seconds
