Hello everybody. Welcome back to the
0:02
reset info channel. In today's video,
0:03
I'll show you how to fix no sound during
0:05
calls on your OnePlus Node 6.
0:12
So, first what you guys want to do is go
0:14
over and check the volume during a call
0:16
using side buttons. So, you can go over
0:18
here now. You can call up somebody and
0:21
increase the volume. Of course, you can
0:24
change the call volume here too. So, if
0:26
you open up the app, you're um managing
0:29
your call volume. You see the phone, of
0:32
course, you can boost it. You can have
0:34
it on a booster. And now, what you guys
0:38
can do is go over and select settings.
0:41
Here, as you guys can see, let's go to
0:44
sound and vibration. And here, you
0:46
cannot change the call volume. So, the
0:48
phone app and the active call is the
0:52
only way to actually change it and
0:54
manage it. What are we going to do next
0:56
is we're going to disable the Bluetooth
0:58
to rule out any connected devices. So,
1:01
if your Bluetooth is already disabled,
1:02
then that's good. But if you see your
1:04
device name and you see any available
1:06
device, make sure to turn it off. You
1:08
shouldn't be um seeing anything here.
1:10
Now, what are we going to do next is we
1:13
simply have an earpiece right up top
1:15
here. It's a little bit small, so it
1:18
might take you some time to actually see
1:19
it, but I would recommend cleaning it
1:21
out with a soft brush or an air
1:23
compressor. So, air compressor might be
1:25
better here because it gets through it.
1:28
But it's totally up to you. The choice
1:30
is yours. And after cleaning the
1:31
earpiece, you can try another call using
1:33
the phone app or using any other app
1:36
that supports the calls like WhatsApp.
1:39
Now, what are we going to do next is
1:40
we're going to restart the phone. So, to
1:42
restart the phone, we press the power
1:44
button on the volume up button and swipe
1:47
up to restart. Now, it is restarting and
1:51
I'll see you guys in a second once it's
1:58
Now, after the restart, we're going to
2:00
enter the password. And after that,
2:02
we're going at the last resort to reset
2:05
our settings. So, let's scroll down. Go
2:08
to system and update. Tap on the backup
2:11
and reset and click on reset phone. Now,
2:15
reset network and Bluetooth settings.
2:18
Enter your password. And here, tap on
2:21
reset. As you guys can see, it is
2:24
resetting. And that's it for the video.
2:26
I hope it was helpful. If it was, then
2:28
leave a like, subscription, and a
2:29
comment. And I'll see you in the next
