This is Realme 12 and in today's video I'll show how you can hard reset this phone through

its recovery mode. So first step is to completely power off your phone, which you can do by simultaneously

pressing volume up and power buttons and dragging this little white circle to the power off

Once your Realme 12 is shut down entirely, you'll want to simultaneously press and hold

the volume down and power buttons and let your finger off those keys once you either

see the Realme logo appearing or if you feel the slight vibration
