So first of all we have to enter the settings, let's tap on it and let's scroll down to the very bottom to find digital well-being and parental controls

And as you can see here we will be transferred to this kind of a dashboard, kind of a graph, which will show us for how long we've been using this device today

As you can see I've been using it for 46 minutes and if you'd like to check some further details you can do it using two different ways

So you can tap inside this graph and your device will show you the dashboard which is connected with the whole screen time in particular days

So you can check in which day you've, I don't know, for example, you've used this device the most, the longest

And under it you've got the list of apps which were used and for how long also

You can change the screen time to the notifications received and times opened

And the second way is to tap directly on the app, so for example the settings, in my case on which I've spent the most of the time, or the camera, whatever

Just tap on it and again you've got the dashboard but this time it is tightly connected with this one app

You can change the screen time to the notifications and the times opened also and from daily to hourly

So of course here you've got also the unlocks and notifications count, I forgot to say about it before

And basically this is it and just a quick disclaimer about the ways to disconnect because if you feel tired and if you feel that you want to just rest from the notifications, from the social media etc

You can set for example the focus mode or the bedtime mode

So your device will apply some kind of rules. You will be able to set the schedule in which days or hours your device will hide the notifications from, for example, distracting apps like, I don't know, social media
