Welcome! In front of me I have Garmin forerunner 645 and I'm gonna show you how to uninstall

applications on this device. We can do it in couple of ways. Uninstall the applications

I mean. We can do it straight from the watch. We can use the phone if your watch is paired

with a phone. And on the phone we can use two applications for it. First I'm gonna

show you how to do it straight from the watch. So let's press and hold the up button to

open the menu. Once the menu opens use the down button to scroll down. Select the settings

option and then press the start button to enter. Now make sure that the activities and

apps is selected. If it's not you can use up and down buttons to select it. Then press

the start button. Now you should see the list of app activities and apps. Let's scroll down

and find the app we want to uninstall. For example let's say I want to uninstall this

monkey calculator. Select it. Then press the start slash stop button. And when this menu
