Welcome, Efonomics and Alcatel One from 2019 and today I'll show you how to hard reset

the device through recovery mode. And to get started, let's power off the device

Select power off and wait for it to shut off. And once it's off, you want to hold the power key and volume up

Now my volume keys are completely missing as you can see right here, so I'll just be

pressing the key that is in there with this tool. As you can maybe see right here, they're just kinda gone

So yeah. So to get started, quickly put it... there we go

So volume up and power key. And when you see the logo of the device, let go of the power key and keep holding volume up

And there we go, so we should now be in recovery mode

And from here you want to select your language, so to select it you will use volume keys

And confirm whenever you have selected your language with power key. So I'm gonna stick with English, press power key

And from here you wanna select Wipe Data Factory Reset. So you will do that again using volume keys

So let me quickly navigate down or try to at least. There we go

Confirm it with power key once it's selected. Then again select Yes, delete all user data

Power key. This will begin the process. Once it's finished, you can see right here, data wipe complete

And then reboot system now will be selected by default, so you need to press power key

once more to confirm that. And this will continue the process in the background
