set a screen lock and forgot the password on it. So basically I'm just going to show you how to

remove screen lock from your device. So first of all you have to hold down power key in order to

turn your device off and tap power off. And after your device turns off completely hold

down combination power key and volume up for a couple of seconds. And after the screen turns on

and Huawei logo appears you just have to release power key and keep holding volume up just like

this and keep holding volume up till the menu appears. And in this menu you have to use volume

keys to navigate to the second option clear data and confirm it with power key and then select the
