Welcome, and follow me as a Cubot Note 9 and today I'll show you how you can put
0:05
this phone into recovery mode. So to get started you will want to hold your power
0:13
key and then select power off. When the phone turns off hold power key and
0:20
volume up at the same time. Now once you start holding those keys when the device
0:26
is off you'll probably need to hold it for like 20 seconds before you will see
0:30
the Cubot logo again. When you do, I'm gonna start holding it again right now, so
0:37
when you do see the Cubot logo when you're holding the power and volume up
0:41
let go of the power and then start holding it again. And when the screen
0:50
turns black afterwards you will see that. You want to immediately let go of both of
0:54
those keys. There we go, I let go of the power key and then started holding it
0:59
again. There's black screen and for some reason didn't work which just kind of
1:10
completely messed it up. Okay that was super weird, so it did work right now
1:23
somehow. But like I said when you see the Cubot logo let go of the power key and
1:28
then start holding it again. And when you then see the screen just go black from
1:33
the Cubot logo then you want to let go of those power keys. The reason for that
1:37
is you could hold them longer but what sometimes happens, from personal
1:42
experience speaking, is when you're holding power key and volume up when this mode
1:48
boots in it automatically accepts reboot system now as a input because you're
1:54
holding power key and then just reboots and leaves this mode. So that's why I'm
1:58
saying you might want to try to let go as quickly as you can so that won't
2:02
happen. Now from this mode you'll need to use volume keys to navigate and as you
2:07
probably figured out power key is used to confirm whatever is selected. Now with
2:12
that in mind we can reboot the device and go back to Android, you can reboot to bootloader or fastboot mode, we can apply updates from ADB, RSD card, wipe
2:20
data, mount system, view logs, run tests, enter repair mode or simply power
2:27
off the phone. So that's all the options we have here so I will right now select
2:33
reboot system now, confirm that and this will take me back to Android. And as you
2:43
can see we are now back in Android. So if you found this video helpful don't
