from the SIM card to the device. So to get started let's open up our standalone contacts application

From here you want to navigate to fix and manage and then select import from SIM

Now it gives us the option to import these contacts to our Google account as an example right here

but you can tap on the drop down menu and select to also import it to the device

or maybe other accounts if you have multiple signed in. And obviously if you don't have any kind of Google account added

this will not be visible at all so you will just have the device and that's it

Now from here you can also see that one contact is deselected so I could

deselect other ones but this specific one right here I will not be able to select it

because it already exists on well in the contacts list at least the phone is detecting it there

So it's preventing me from importing it twice and thus creating a duplicate

So anyway from here all you need to do is select import it gives you the amount of contacts that
