Hi, in front of me is Ksiomi, redmi note 12S, and today I would like to show you how you can set up uplock

First of all, go into settings, and scroll all the way down to access apps

Now select uplock, and when you ready tap on turn on, then create your pattern that you will use to lock your apps

Repeat it in order to confirm it, and choose next at the bottom right corner

Over here you can login to your mii account, or tap on not now, wait 5 seconds, and select not now in the popup

If you want to lock all of those apps, just tap on use uplock right away, if you don't you need to click on all of them

Check for zero, and tap on use uplock then. In order to stop your fingerprint to unlock your apps, click on settings in this popup, but you can always tap on cancel and do it later

Lastly, tap on the switcher next to one of your apps that you wish to lock, like youtube

So when I click, and now try to access youtube app, icon start pattern is now required

In order to disable uplock from any of your apps, access exactly the same settings, and tap on no blue switcher next to your app

If you want to disable uplock completely, click on this gear at the top right corner, select blue switcher next to uplock feature, and confirm your choice in the popup
