Here I have Allvue X2 Extreme and let me show you how to enter the factory mode on the following device

So at the very beginning let's start by using the power key right here

Keep holding power button. Let's choose power off and wait until your device will be completely switched off

Afterwards, let's use the following combination of keys. Power key and volume down

So let's hold down together these two keys for a couple of seconds. Keep holding both keys, power key and volume down

Release all keys as soon as Allvue logo pops up on the screen and let's wait for the factory mode

This is the factory mode of your device. Here you can navigate by using both volume keys

So as you can see here you can perform some tests. For example the auto test, manual test, item test

Let me press the power key to enter the item test for example. Here you can test the keys

For example volume down, power. You can also for example test the blacklight level

You can choose the test pass or fail. So let me tap test pass

If you would like to go back let's use the volume up. And as you can see here you can also see the test report, debug test

You can accomplish the hard reset by choosing Clear EMMC. Here you can check the version

reboot and press power key to choose it. Now the device is simply restarting and rebooting
