Hi, in front of me I have Suunto Spartan Sport wrist HR and I'm gonna show you how to enable

or disable the sound tones on this device. First we need to press and hold the middle button to open the shortcuts menu

When the menu opens we need to scroll down and you can do it by swiping on the screen

or pressing the lower button. Select the settings option, to do it you can tap on it or press the middle button

In settings select the general option, here scroll down and select tones

And right here we have two options, we have general and alarm

First let's tap on general, select it. And again here we have two options, tones and vibration

If you select tones you have three options, buttons off, all on and all off

If you select all on the sounds will be present when you're pressing the buttons

We can go back to the tones menu and here we have alarm, you can tap on it and here

we have three options, vibration, tones and both. If you select vibration whenever you have an alarm on your watch and it's gonna be active

the watch will only vibrate. If you select tones you will have the sound only without vibration and if you select both
