Hi everyone, here we've got a Vivo V20 and let me share with you how to block a number

on this device. So we've got actually two different ways to block a number

We can do it using directly our contact list or we can do it manually

Obviously I will show you both options so let's begin with the contact list

Let's find the contact you would like to block and tap on this 3 that I can in the

right upper corner. Now let's tap on block number and as you can see here we've got the information that you

will no longer receive any incoming calls or text messages from it

You can also report it as a spam. I don't want to do that so let me untick this option and simply tap on block

And as you can see it immediately changes from now on this number is blocked

So as it was said you won't receive actually anything from that

Obviously you can unblock it the same way just by tapping on the 3 that I can but let

me leave it like this. We will check if it will actually appear on the blacklist

So let me show you the other option to block a number. Just tap on the 3 that I can and it doesn't really matter if you will be on the favorites

recent or contacts and enter the settings. Now let's tap on blocked numbers and as you can see this is our blacklist and that's the

number we just blocked from our contact list. So everything went fine

We can add a number manually and just like as I said as you can see right now we can

simply enter the number, tap on block and it immediately appears on our blacklist

What's more we can block calls from unidentified callers. Just tap on this switcher in order to turn on the option unknown

Of course you can turn it off whenever you want to. So if you would like to unblock the numbers just tap on this X button and tap on unblock
