Welcome. In front of me is a Nokia X10 and today I will show you how you can hard reset this phone

through settings. So to get started obviously we will want to open up settings. In here scroll all the way down to

the bottom where you'll find system and here you want to select reset options and then erase all

data factory reset. Now in here you'll find a message letting you know what this process removes

so it will remove things like google accounts system app data and setting downloaded apps music

photos and other user data. Now the most important things in here the information that basically it

lets you know what it removes would be music photos and user data. These are the things that

usually people keep locally on their device though nowadays music not so much but photos and

obviously user data like downloaded documents pictures stuff like that will be on the phone so

if you want to keep those do make a backup copy of it before you begin otherwise it will be removed

If you have some kind of screen lock you will need to confirm it right over here and then you can select again erase all data which will begin
