I'm Ferdinand and this is a Google Pixel 6 Pro and today I will show you how you can

hard reset a device through recovery mode. Now this process will also remove a screen lock if you have one that you don't know

And when I unlock the device you will be able to see that I do have a screen lock right here

It's a pattern. And I'm going to progress from the lock screen as though I don't know it

So to get started you will need to turn off the device. So from the lock screen you want to pull down your notification panel, select the power

key right here and then choose power off. Once your phone turns off, hold power key and volume up at the same time

Or actually no, it's volume down I believe. So power key, volume down

And it automatically boots us into fast boot mode. So from here using volume keys you want to scroll down till you have recovery mode visible

right over here. Press power key, confirm it. Next thing we should see is the Android with no command

There we go. So once you see it you want to hold power key, press volume up and this will take you

to recovery mode. And in here again using volume keys you want to scroll down in order to select wipe data

factory data reset. Confirm it again with power key and select factory data reset

And there we go. Data wipe complete. Also reboot system now should be selected by default at this point

So all you need to do is press power key once again. This will initiate a reboot and continue the process in the background

So this will take about a minute or so to finish up and once it has we should then be
