reset of the device through recovery mode. So to get started we'll need to put the device into recovery mode and to do that we will

need a couple things. Number one is a cable, plug it into your computer that you're going to be using, which for me

is Windows. If you're also using Windows make sure that you have downloaded iTunes from the Apple

website and if you're using their computer, the Apple iMac or whatever it is, you don't

really need to, it's already preloaded on the system. So from there you want to plug in the phone with the cable like so and then we're going

to put it into factory or recovery mode and to do this you want to press and release volume
