I have Blackview A20 and let me show you how to add the screen lock protection on the following device

So, at the very beginning let's start here by using the home screen. Let's open the list of all applications, choose here settings, then scroll down and select

security and location. So from the following menu let's choose here the screen lock

As you can see here you can select pattern, pin or password

In my case let me select pattern. Now let's choose your unlock pattern, in my case it could be the following one

Tap next and let's do it twice just for confirmation. Alright this is your unlock pattern

Now you need to select the form of notifications. You can select show all notification content

You may also hide the sensitive one or don't show notifications at all
