Welcome, in front of me is a Huawei Nova 9 and today I will show you how to hard reset

the device through recovery mode or something equivalent of it. Now this process supposedly will remove your screen lag if you have one, so I guess I'll

find out if that is true. So I do have a screen lag set and I'm gonna progress from here as though I don't know it

So to get started obviously hold the power key, select power off and once the device

turns off you want to hold the power key and volume up at the same time

And as you can see after some time it boots into basically recovery mode

So in here what you want to do is simply tap on clear data and then factory reset

It will give you this pop up right here, you need to simply type in yes as you can see

right here. There we go, and then select factory reset

And once it's finished we'll need to select back and restart which will continue the process

in the background and this will take a couple minutes. Once it's finished we should then be greeted with the setup screen
