So we got a new year, so new set of iPhones. And as much as I would want to show you, well, all of them, I only got three out of four, so I'm missing the standard 12, but we got a fairly decent lineup here
0:23
So starting off, this is the Mini. Honestly, one of the probably more interesting, this the one that interests me more
0:33
Then we got the 12 Pro and then 12 Pro Max. Now their naming scheme isn't necessarily anything original, adding more names to it just because
0:46
I guess they run out of things to sell. But the phones itself are alright
0:51
Now they're still a little bit overpriced I would say but what they're
0:56
packing is fairly good. So I just kind of get a look of how all of them look like
1:02
Now the one that I have right here are two gold versions and then one product red. So this
1:08
is going to be the meaning. So starting off, let's just kind of pop it up. So drop that
1:19
side. I did already unpack this one so I need to do that and then we got the
1:26
Red one right over here. So let's open them all up
1:39
Let's start with the smallest one. You can see the packaging fairly nice
1:47
Now as you can obviously get a look, these boxes are fairly thin
1:51
and that is because this is the iPhones that decided to not include a charger
1:56
anymore, which you can see right over here. So, yeah, if you got a charger, then good for you
2:03
If you don't have a charger, you only get a Type C cable, which is even funnier
2:07
because I don't think they actually included chargers with Type C. So, yeah, you get a cable that I think you might actually not be able to use
2:17
assuming you don't actually have a charger for it spot specifically, because they previously were including Type A to Lightning
2:25
This is Type C. Now if you're using something like an Apple computer, you already got a, like I have a, as you can obviously see right over here, I do have a Type C to, well, type C power brick along with a charger, so I can utilize that
2:44
But to anybody else, that's a little bit of a bummer. Now outside of a cable, as you can see right here, there's basically nothing else
2:51
I've got just some pamphlets right here and just stickers, so yeah, that's so all
2:56
So yeah, that's all we get in the box. Fairly limiting. Then we obviously have the phone itself, so..
3:05
Pop it off. And I'm going to move that to the side
3:13
So this is the red one, as you can see now, the back of it, again
3:19
kind of like the gold ones is not very reddish For something that supposed to be red this is almost approaching like a pink color almost Now the sides of it are nice and red which can hopefully see
3:33
But the bag is just kind of meh. So this is the first one
3:38
Then we got the gold one, so this is the... Pro, I believe
3:48
Yep, that's the pro because it's already set up. So let's just set that to this side
3:56
And again, same content of the box. I think special in here
4:00
Just a cable and paperwork. That's all we get. And then the biggest one out of the mall
4:06
The 6.7 inch beast. Geez, this looks almost like a power brick
4:12
This thing is huge, honestly. Holy! Okay, let's pop it off. and again, nothing extra in here
4:27
A little bit of a shame, considering this is their most expensive phone
4:31
and it does have some heft to it and the size of it is just an absolutely unit
4:38
So now you can obviously see all of them side by side
4:45
The size difference is in there and personally, I was most excited for the smallest one
4:53
It does come with a, well, smallest display, obviously, and this is a 5.4 inch display
5:00
Now let's just power them on so you can see how they look like
5:04
There we go. Okay, so this one is on
5:14
This one is also on. This is the only one that I actually did set up. I can actually try that again
5:22
Complicated code. So obviously all of them have one of the better displays
5:31
And like I said before, this is the smallest one. It comes at 5.4 inches, so this is one of the actual smallest devices
5:39
and probably most powerful tiny little phones that were released in 2020
5:45
And I really like the best size of the size of these. of this it does all kind of feel like a toil most considering I just phones from
5:52
like a year ago like this is a mate oh fairly beat up mate 20 Pro and this thing
5:59
my phone dwarfs it and I was considering this to be a average device
6:06
average size one so you can see this is super tiny and honestly I really like it
6:11
it does feel really nice in hand now I did hear people complain about
6:17
The phones being a little bit on a boxy side, with this kind of like industrial almost look
6:24
with this bezels being just straight up angular, super boxy. Some people said that they prefer the iPhone 10 aesthetic
6:34
with the rounded edges instead of these. Personally, I really like the iPhone 5 aesthetics
6:40
and this is basically that. Mine is the chin and the forehead that they had although we do still have a bezel as you can see at the top or notch Other than that the phone looks really nice Now
6:58
I'm not sure if I really want to go through a setup right here. Kind of want to get this one. So this, obviously you can see
7:08
just comparing it again to a something a little bit normal size. Now in terms of a height, it is
7:16
well a little bit taller, not by much, but when it comes down to width of it, you can see that it's just kind of absolutely bigger than this
7:27
And because of the design of it, it does feel like, well, like a actual brick almost
7:34
I don't really, can't really imagine having that in my pocket, to be honest, because this is just huge
7:41
So let's just quickly go through the setup. Continue, I'm going to quickly connect to Wi-Fi
7:52
So just kind of connect to it so we can finish up the setup
7:56
So obviously just comparing the smallest one to the biggest one, this is a, well, significant
8:04
size difference as you can see. They are just kind of hilariously different in terms of size
8:13
So in terms of just kind of thickness of them, they're basically the same, I believe
8:19
Yep, they're exactly the same. So the thickness of the phone stays the same, but just the overall display size changes
8:26
And I don't think I mentioned, this is a 6.7 inch display
8:33
Now it isn't curved or anything, it's flat. Again, nothing really changed in terms of the aesthetics of the devices
8:39
They still use the same kind of unlocking method. with a face ID, that's why we still have that notch over there
8:47
And outside of that, it kind of feels still like an iPhone 10, to be honest
8:53
where I believe there were some changes in terms of cameras, where they have semi- fairly big sensors, probably the biggest ones
9:01
on the iPhone lineups, specifically this one right here. So this is wrecking, well, the best camera that any iPhone here has
9:09
Even though on paper if you get a quick glance, technically these two have the same cameras but this one just has a bigger
9:20
bigger range in terms of like photos they both both of them have 12 megapixel
9:28
triple camera setup with a lighter as well so if I flip it over you can see
9:33
that right here but these one and the in the max pro this camera is better
9:41
obviously. Now if you look at actual specifics of it you can most likely see that
9:47
Now let's just finish up the setup right here. I'm just kind of trying to get this quickly done and there
10:07
And there we go. So now you can see how at least
10:11
looks like on the biggest one So not much more to say they both or on both they all pack a 814 chip set I believe they all have six gigabytes of RAM and actually no the
10:27
smallest one has a 4 gigabyte and battery is substantially bigger on the biggest one
10:32
comparing to the smallest one. Now the smallest one the mini packs a 2,227
10:38
million power battery while the biggest one has a whopping jump of 3,687
10:45
milliop hour battery so as you can see it is just significantly bigger and the
10:51
middle size the pro version has a 2,815 millionp hour battery and they as I
10:57
mentioned before they all do not include a charger so a little bit of a bummer
11:02
right there and they I believe all have a cheat charging but I might be wrong
11:08
I do have that wireless charges, so we will see that in a second. But they do charge at a speed of, at least the Chi charging, 12 watts
11:19
So I believe the smallest one is 12 watts. Then the pro is 15, and the Pro Max is, I believe, also 15
11:30
Yep, so they're all 15. Now, let me just quickly grab the wireless charger
11:34
If I can actually pull the cable far enough. There it is. nice and white so let's just slap it on here. There we go. So it is charging
11:49
Let's just drop another one. Again charging. And let's see. Obviously this one will be
11:58
most certainly charging as well. So all of them have a wireless charging. Obviously the
12:03
mini, like I said, has the slowest wireless charging out of them all but it's still nice that they included it in such a small tiny little phone this
12:13
this thing is like really small and outside of that the actual wired charging charges
12:22
at 20 watts on the on the biggest one the pro max and basically persist over to all the other
12:31
versions so all of them have 20 watts charging now it's a shame that we didn't actually get a
12:35
charger with it so yeah but sort of that there's not much more to say
12:40
aesthetic-wise like I like you've seen and the colors are a little bit washed out in my
12:46
opinion as you can see this is gold which on the camera right here I think it
12:50
almost looks like white at least the table right here is white and it has really
12:56
little to differentiate itself and the sides of it are a little bit more
13:01
vibrant if we can actually get an angle right here so you can see it
13:05
This is actually like really goldish. But the red one, the back kind of resembles more of a pink almost and the sides are actually red
13:17
So, much more to say. Typical iPhones and yeah, so if you find it's very helpful or in any way enjoyable, don't forget to hit that like button
