Welcome, in front of me is a Rumi DG1 Pro and today I'll show you how to copy contacts
0:10
from a SIM card to your device. So to get started let's open up the contacts app, the standalone version of it, so it's
0:18
right here, and then tap on the three bars right here and go into settings where at the
0:23
bottom you'll find import and export. So we're interested in importing contacts from SIM card, let's select SIM, there we
0:33
go, next to phone, now here you might have more options than I do, I'm not logged into
0:38
Google so that's one of the options missing here, but I want to move it to the phone anyway
0:43
so that's what I'm gonna stick with, and tap on next, and then you have a list of all the
0:49
contacts that are on the SIM card. Now if you have multiple SIM cards in your device, considering this device takes two
0:55
SIM cards, you can distinguish which contact is from which SIM card based on the number
1:00
that is right next to the letter, so you can see a little green icon of a SIM card, I'm
1:07
not sure how visible it is but there is also a number so for me it's one, but if I had
1:12
a second SIM card it would also be one and two. So from here select the contacts that you wish to import and then tap on OK and that's
1:25
about it. Now if you go into your contacts you'll see that some of the contacts still have the SIM
1:31
card logo with the number and then other ones do not, the ones that do not are the ones
1:35
that are on your phone now. So that is how you would import contacts and if you found this video helpful don't forget
