My name is Viko of Vue Go and today I'll show you how to boot the device into fastboot mode
0:14
And to get started, we'll want to power off the device by holding the power key
0:19
And once it turns off, you then want to hold power key and volume up till the device, or
0:25
actually not till the device, gonna hold them for about six seconds at which point you're
0:29
gonna let go of the power key. Now this process is fairly tricky, I do warn you
0:35
It basically takes the exact moment for you to let go of the power key
0:42
If you hold it for too long, it automatically turns off again
0:46
And if you hold it for too short, it just doesn't turn on at all. So what I do is count to six about and then I let go of the power key
0:55
Now again, this is really, really time sensitive, so let's just try it
1:01
Now I doubt I'm gonna get it the first try, but we're gonna see. So I'm gonna start holding the keys and automatically I'm gonna start counting
1:08
So one, two, three, four, five, six, and too long
1:20
So as you can see, it did literally instantaneously turn off once it turned on
1:26
So let's try it again. One, two, three, four, five
1:37
Okay, let's try it again
1:46
One, two, three, four, five, six. And this time around it actually worked
1:59
So you basically want to let go of the power key before the Veeco logo shows up, but if
2:06
you hold it for too short, it just never does turn on. So it is, like I said, a little bit tricky to get in here
2:13
Once you do, you'll be presented with the Android recovery mode. So from here, you'll need to use volume keys to navigate and you do want to select the
2:21
second option using those volume keys, which is reboot to bootloader and then confirm it
2:36
And there we go. As you can see at the bottom, we do have fast boot mode. So we are now in the desired mode and that is how you boot the device into it
2:44
And once you're done with this and you want to leave this mode, all you need to do is hold power key and volume down
2:52
And you're going to hold it till fast boot mode just disappears from the screen, like so
2:58
At which point you can let go. And I'm not sure if the device turns on on its own, but it looks like it does not
3:08
So let's hold power key and just boot it back up
3:25
And as you can see, we are now back in Android. So if you found this video helpful, don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
