Welcome! In front of me is a Microsoft Surface Duo and today I will show you

how to copy contacts from your SIM card to the device on here. So anyway let's

get started by opening up the standalone contacts application which is right here

for me. Once you open it up you will see if you already have some contacts well

you will see them right here. But you want to tap on the three bars right here where I have this red dot and then scroll down to settings. Scroll down again

to import and then select import from SIM card. Okay and this will show you all

the contacts that you have on your SIM card. Now unfortunately as you can see most of mine are greyed out. That is because all of those contacts are already on the

phone. But normally obviously they probably for you wouldn't be like that

So by default they would all be selected assuming you don't have them on your

phone. And what you could do is simply tap on them to unselect them. But for me

they are all unselected and I cannot even select them if I wanted to. So

anyway once you have selected the contacts that you want you will have an import button right here which you press and it will give you a message that X
