Welcome and follow me as a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and today I'll show you
0:06
how you can enable your power saving mode on here. So to get started simply
0:15
pull down your notifications, extend the list and somewhere in here you'll find
0:19
the power saving mode. You can simply tap on it and there we go, it enables. Now
0:25
there is one thing to keep in mind. When you enable power saving mode, it usually
0:30
disconnects from mobile data and Wi-Fi when the device is in sleep mode. And
0:34
just to clarify this, this would be considered a sleep mode. So that's one
0:39
thing. And number two, it turns off the high refresh rate display. So if you
0:44
really like the 120 Hertz refresh rate, this turns it off unfortunately
0:50
And once you're done with it, you can disable it. Now on a fold there is another
0:57
option which I'm gonna see if there is one right here. So it's going to be in
1:02
battery and device care. And we do have it right here as well. So I'm gonna just
1:11
kind of show you again how I got here. So you navigate into settings, then scroll
1:16
down and select battery and device care, select battery, scroll down, select more
1:22
battery settings. And in here you'll find the performance mode or performance
1:27
profiles. And you have the standard. So obviously as it would imply that's the
1:33
standard one. Every phone has it. But you do also have the light one. Now what it
1:37
does is it drops the clock of the processor. So it will run a little bit
1:42
slower in terms of like high demanding mobile games. You might see a little bit
1:49
of a difference in couple frames. So if that bothers you, you can turn it off
1:55
then. But in basically typical use I don't think you can tell any difference
2:00
if this is enabled or not. And it will save you some battery because the
2:05
processor doesn't need to be pushed so hard all the time. It will consume less
2:10
power, doesn't need to draw as much performance to do the typical tasks. So
2:15
this will save you a little bit of battery. But like I said, in terms of heavy demanding like gaming, mobile gaming, you might want to turn it off if
2:25
you can see some kind of performance drop. If you can't, keep it on. It's just
2:29
going to give you better battery life. And if you can't see any difference then
2:35
there is basically no drawback to it. So anyway, if you found this very helpful
