I'm filming the Daji S60 and today I'll show you how to insert SIM and SD card into this device
0:13
Now, unlike basically every normal device, this is basically useless here. So it's the SIM eject tool
0:20
You usually pop it in to take out the tray. But instead we get this, a screwdriver
0:28
So to pop in the SIM card and SD card, you want to flip it over and basically unscrew
0:35
these two screws right here with the screwdriver that they actually provide you with
0:39
So just take them out
0:52
Now the screwdriver is a little bit trash along with the screws in here
0:56
They're not even captive as you can see, based on the fact that you just simply take
1:00
them out. So once you unscrew them, make sure you don't actually lose them
1:07
The screwdriver is really bad as you can clearly see. I'm just gonna put it away and unscrew it by hand
1:16
There we go. And once you unscrew those two screws, this should just simply pop out
1:24
So in here you can see that we have space for two different SIM cards and SD card
1:29
Now I'm gonna place one of each. So there's a SIM card. It's the middle sized one
1:33
It's not the smallest but it's also not the big one. And what you want to do is place it like this with the cutout on the bottom left side and
1:42
simply slide it in on the lower part of it. So as you can see you have space for SD card right here and then below that space for SIM card
1:53
And all you need to do is simply slide it in all the way. Let me actually quickly look at this
2:00
Actually it looks like it needs to go the other way based on that image right here. So I'm gonna just take it out, flip it like this
2:08
Unfortunately there is nothing that would stop it from going the wrong way
2:12
So that's apparently how it goes in. As you can see on the number 2 image
2:19
So from here let's grab our SD card. And let's see. Actually it looks like SD card goes up here
2:31
So just kind of pry it up and then out. As you can see it has this sliding clicky thing
2:43
And from here you simply take the SD card, drop it on here
2:51
It should not slide around. From there plop that down on the card and while pushing it down you want to slide it closed
3:01
There we go. Like so. So now we should have both of them working
3:09
At least. Oh, it looks like we need to first reboot the device
3:14
So let's hold the power key, restart and wait for it to restart
3:18
Now while it's restarting you can take out the piece, put it back in and screw it back
3:25
in here. So... There we go
3:42
That's one screw and..
3:52
Now the device is still turning on based on the sound
4:02
So there we go. Now we should probably use a screwdriver to actually screw it in all the way
4:08
I just wanted to close it off so it doesn't actually flop around
4:12
So obviously now the SIM card is working because it tells me to put a pin for it
4:19
Update now. Don't update it. And the SD card is working as well based on that tiny little icon right there
4:25
And you can also see it right here. So that is how you insert SIM and SD card into this device and if you found this video
