Welcome! Antonov is in Nokia 8.1 and today I will show you how to access the fastboot mode

So starting off we will actually need a cable that comes with the device like this one USB type-c

and you want to plug it into your computer or laptop whatever you have and once you have that

ready on the side like I do right now you can proceed to power off the phone. So hold the power

key and select power off like so. Wait for the device to shut off and I'm gonna actually flip

it to the side so I can plug it in. So you can now actually plug it in. You'll get a little Android

One screen. Keep waiting it will disappear and right after that you should see the battery

charging indicator. So once that is visible we can proceed to hold power key and volume up

And right now so power key, volume up, hold together. Yeah once you see the Android One again you can let go

And from here we want to hold again power key and this time tap volume up once. So hold power

and tap. Just seen. And from here I'm gonna actually unplug it just so you get a better view

So from here you have a couple options but you want to navigate using volume key so volume down

would be the going down menu and up would be up. And confirm whatever you have selected with the

power key. And what we want to do is select the second option which is reboot to bootloader and

confirm it with power key like so. And briefly you should see a message on the bottom of the screen

or actually on the top in this case. As you can see right here fastboot meaning that the device

is indeed in fastboot now and you have reached the menu that you wanted. And if you want to

leave this mode you would just hold the power key for well a little bit. I think it's like above 10 seconds
