Here I have HTC Uplay and let me show you how to enter bootloader mode on the following device

So, at the very beginning let's hold down power key right here

From the following menu let's choose power off. And wait until your device will be completely switched off

Afterwards you have to start holding power key and volume down. Let's hold down together these two keys for a few seconds

Keep holding both keys. And release them as soon as HTC logo pops up on the screen

As you can see the HTC download mode just pops up in front of you

You can navigate here by using both volume keys and confirm options by pressing power button

Let's scroll down to choose reboot to bootloader and press power key to choose it

Now the device is booting into bootloader mode. And as you can see the bootloader mode is already on the screen

You can also navigate here by using both volume keys and confirm options by pressing power key

And here I've got a couple of options. You can reboot to bootloader, boot to download, boot to recovery mode or you can simply quit

this mode by choosing either power down or reboot. So let me choose reboot
