Welcome, in front of me is a TCL 10 plus and today I'll show you how to hard reset a device

through settings. And obviously get started, let's open up settings, scroll all the way down to system, reset

and then factory data reset. Now in here it will give you a message that performing this will remove things like your

Google account system and app data, and settings, downloaded apps, music photos and other user data

So in other words everything that you have put on this device past setup will be completely

removed and only the default apps will remain. So if there's anything that you would like to keep you might want to back it up beforehand

otherwise you will lose it permanently, but assuming you have already done it or you don't

want to, tap on reset phone, erase everything and the process will begin

Now this will take approximately 2 minutes, 3 minutes, something like that, and once it's
