Welcome, my name is Xiaomi Mi 11 and today I'll show you how to hard reset the device

through recovery mode. Now this process will remove a screen lock if you have one that you might not know

As you see I do have a screen lock and I'm going to progress from here as though I don't

actually know it. So let's start off by holding the power key and selecting power off

And once the device shuts off you want to hold power key and volume up

So both the keys at the same time. When you see the Mi logo you can let go of the power key, keep holding volume down, or

volume up I mean. And as you can see we should be in the main menu of recovery mode

So from here select wipe data which we do have to do with power keys looks like, or

volume keys and then power key to confirm it. And power key once more for the wipe all data and confirm

There we go. From here let's tap on back to main menu and reboot and reboot to system

So basically press power key three times. Now this will reboot the device and continue the process in the background so it will take
