So to get started, let's simply pull down our notifications just by swiping down and

on one of the pages you should see your power saving mode. Now if it's not on this page, swipe to the left and

I believe by default this toggle should be visible in your list

but I could be wrong. Now if it is visible in your list somewhere on one of the pages simply tap on it and you're basically good to go

So typically battery saver mode tends to turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data when you don't use the device or when it's in this state

And because of that you won't be receiving notifications from apps that require an internet connection. And just to name a few of these applications

that would be things like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and plenty of other ones that basically need internet connection
