So to get started we're gonna open up our settings and we're gonna navigate all the way down to system and update

And here we're looking for reset. Reset phone. This will bring up a list of data that will be removed by this process

So if you see anything in this list that you'd like to keep maybe like music, photos or just personal data

some user data that you have put on the device yourself, make a copy of it before you begin

So you can create a backup if you want to. Though keep in mind I believe this backup is created strictly to the
